Recording and transcription
Calls, chats, messages, or AI-assisted interactions may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or stored for quality, training, documentation, support, and operational purposes where permitted by law.
No automated transaction decisions
AI tools are used for intake, routing, and support. They do not make binding decisions regarding transactions, valuation, buyer suitability, financing, legal matters, or advisory recommendations.
Sensitive documents
Please do not submit sensitive financial, employee, banking, tax, legal, payroll, or confidential business documents through general forms or chat unless we specifically request them and provide an approved transfer method.
